A question about your account is answered from your ledger, and a question about the rules is answered in the association's own words, quoted whole, with the section and page they came from. When the documents do not address a question this says so rather than returning the nearest thing it found. Nothing here was written by a model: the routing and the figures are the browser mirror of the Python engines.
